Refund policy

  1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges in hair. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. If there Is an issue with your order please reach out to us within 7 days, and we will do our best to resolve the issue!
  2. PRE-ORDERS: Pre-Orders are made before the product is available to ship. Once your order has been placed, please allow 5-12 business days for processing and shipping. You will receive an email after purchase, followed by a tracking number once your order has been shipped! Due to the nature of pre-orders, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once the order is placed. 
  3. SHIPPING: We offer standard shipping on all orders. Processing time typically takes 1-3 business days, and delivery time varies based on your location. Please ensure the shipping address is correct before completing your order. We will also do our best to give you updates about you order!
  4. REFUNDS: Refunds will ONLY BE ISSUED IF THE WRONG PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED. To initiate a refund, please reach out to me within 7 business days of receiving your order.
